Scribble

Scribble lets a user scribble in a window. It's a very simple program containing only two buttons. One button clears the screen and another closes the program.

Scribble is available for the PalmPilot and Windows CE.

To run Scribble on one of these devices, you will need a Waba Virtual Machine. You can download a WabaVM by pressing the button below.

Scribble on the Web

The Scribble program can also run right here in your web browser if your web browser supports Java.

If your web browser supports Java, the Scribble program will appear to the right.


Scribble for the PalmPilot

To run Scribble on the PalmPilot, download this file:

Scribble-palm.zip (size: 3K)

and extract the Scribble.prc and Scribble.pdb files.

Then install them on your PalmPilot using the "PalmPilot Install Tool" program.


Scribble for Windows CE

To run Scribble on your Windows CE device, download this file:

Scribble-wince.zip (size: 2K)

and extract the Scribble.lnk and Scribble.wrp files.

Then:

  1. create a directory "\Program Files\Scribble" on your CE device.
  2. copy Scribble.wrp into that directory.
  3. copy the Scribble.lnk file into "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs".

The Scribble program will appear in your Start menu under Programs.
